Our report includes digital pictures, and each section is complete with information on that specific item. This is not just a check off list inspection or a hand written inspection report. We encourage you to avoid those types of inspections and reports.  Request a sample from the inspection company before you hire them. We will email you a sample report of an inspection completed for your review.

All of our inspectors are NC & SC Licensed, Insured, Bonded and State Certified Inspectors.  We also have a ASHI Certified Inspector, FHA Inspector and 2-10 Warranty Inspector on staff.  Our Certified Inspectors each have a SUPRA key for property access in NC and SC for convenience in scheduling.

Our clients receive the inspection report by midnight the day of the inspection. We understand time is of the essence, and you have a due diligence time frame to work with.  When you call the office, Susan or Pat will schedule your inspection convenient for you and your realtor.
