Excellent service. They help me look good. I would give Jim Guiffre and his wife, Susan, more than 5 stars for service. When I call them to schedule an inspection, I have always gotten same-day or next-day service. They also get the report to me before midnight on the day of the inspection. NPI is the only company I know that does that.
Their efficiency is crucial because time is of the essence with home inspections. Jim and Susan are committed to doing the inspection and getting the report to the agent and buyer in a timely fashion.
I have been using Jim for about 4 years. I use him almost exclusively now. I do give buyers the opportunity to call other inspectors, but I suggest that they call Jim first. My clients are usually so pleased with him that they do not call others.
Both Jim and Susan go above and beyond the call of duty. The reports are thorough and, if I have any questions, Jim will come back and look at it. He calls buyers back to discuss any issues they have as well. I also have seen him calm down sellers and make them feel more at ease.
Ultimately, a buyer's experience with the home inspector reflects back on the broker. Jim and Susan go way beyond satisfactory in their area of expertise. They help me look good at what I do.
