Jim Giuffre has 27 years of experience in the construction business as an electrician in residential, commercial and industrial buildings and has successfully completed the NPI training program and passed the NC and SC state certification tests, as well as, the ASHI Certification testing and review of inspections. Each year Jim successfully completes all continuing education classes required and MORE.

Tony has an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Academy of Aeronautics in Flushing, NY. Tony spent his early career at United Technologies, Pratt and Whitney Aircraft Division before moving in corporate software sales to major Fortune 1000 corporations on the east coast.
He has completed extensive training at The Home Inspection Training Center in Burlington, NC and passed the North Carolina state certification test.
