Jim Giuffre has 27 years of experience in the construction business as an electrician in residential, commercial and industrial buildings and has successfully completed the NPI training program and passed the NC and SC state certification tests. He is a Certified ASHI Inspector, FHA Inspector and 2-10 Warranty Inspector.  Jim has successfully completed all continuing education classes to date.

Jim Giuffre is a member of ASHI- American Society of Home Inspectors, North Carolina Home Inspectors Association, Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce, Brunswick County Association of Realtors, Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, South Brunswick Rotary Club and BNI (Business Networking International).

Bob Chapman is a licensed general contractor in NC since 1982, licensed residential builder in SC since 1987, licensed home inspector in NC and SC since 2002. Licensed Real Estate Broker NC since 1979 and licensed RE Broker in SC since 1987. Bob has built approximately 160 homes in Brunswick and Henderson County NC, and Horry County SC.

Bob has a bachelors degree in business administration from Mount Olive College in Mount Olive, NC. He spent several years as a manager for a large Fortune 100 building and development company responsible for developments in 5 mid Atlantic states.
